Wbudowany czytnik kart pamięci

Witam pojawił mi się problem natury technicznej, w slackware 13 nie działa mi wbudowany w komputer czytnik kart pamięci. Ostatnio często używam kart sd i w stacjonarce by mi się przydało działające chodź od biedy mam jeszcze laptopa z czytnikiem. Zgubiłem się w poleceni dmesg bo nie wiem czego gdzie szukać podaję wynik może ktoś coś zauważy

No to może jest na USB, daj:

a jak będziesz pewny że tam jest to wklej tylko tą część z lsusb -v, która dotyczy czytnika.
Jeżeli czujesz się na siłach to możesz już wstępnie szukać driverów i kompilować kernel. Masz dużo z VIA więc może to będzie to:

takie coś powtarza sie 4 razy tyle ile wejsc w czytniku
To są huby usb, nie mają nic do czytnika kart. Proponuję spróbować załadować lub skompilować te opcje które podałem w poście wyżej bo możliwe że to jest czytnik kart on chip (choć wszystko wskazuje że czytnika nie masz ;])

hmm pobawię sie jeszcze wiem tyle ze to jest czytnik wpięty w płytę główna jak producent go tam włozył tak nie był używany bo nie bylo trzeba teraz jak trzeba to go nie ma :)

Wątpię, ale jak widzisz to jest klawiatura.

Co do czytnika to proponuję rozebrać komputer i zobaczyć czy coś tam masz (i ew. przeczytać co piszę na tym czymś), czy możę Cię oszukali.

Witam pora odkopać posta :)
udało mi się znaleźć czas dla tego kompa rozebrałem go sprawdziłem połączenie wsio ok lecz nie wiem tylko kto zrobił ten czytnik. No i z nudów zainstalowałem na tym kompie Windows XP czytnik działał na Mandrivie xtreme 3 też a na slacku nie chce :/ myslałem ze coś się zmieni po ponownym zainstalowaniu i lipa :/ jest może taka opcja że KDE poprostu nie chce tego czytnika obsłużyć a może trzeba coś mu włączyc /dopisać kombinuje juz na każdy sposób co znajdę w sieci to wypróbuje nawet zainwestowałem w bibliotekę miejską :mrgreen:

Bo Mandriva miała wkompilowaną jego obsługę w jądro. KDE "samo z siebie" nic nie zrobi, jeśli w jądrze brak obsługi.
Weź źródła jądra, pozaznaczaj wszystko co dotyczy czytników kart pamięci, przekompiluj i wtedy patrz. Szkoda, że nie udało Ci się doczytać, co to za sprzęt (producent/ vendor ID) - w sumie XP chyba też podaje te dane? Wiedząc, czyj to produkt, wiedziałbyś, co wkompilować w jądro, można by też poszukać w google, może ktoś już rozwiązał problem z tym czytnikiem?
